Having built a career as a management accountant, Ashley has built a wealth of experience across manufacturing, software, retail and franchising industries. Ashley led a large multisite franchise business as CEO for over 8 years having been the CFO for 11 years prior. He has negotiated and managed over $185m in mergers and acquisitions, managed capital allocations, negotiated and managed debt financing facilities and managed cost out programs focused on long term value creation. As a founding member of a large brand Tech Strategy group, he has helped build the e-commerce and AI strategy for a large brand with over 800 sites nationwide. Ashley is an Associate Chartered Management Account (CIMA) and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
